With more than 30 years’ experience in hospitality and event management at leading venues across Australia, New Zealand and the United States, Lynell is ICC Sydney’s Director of Culinary Services and leads a team of more than 100 dedicated culinary professionals. The exceptional service and commitment displayed by Lynell and her team has been recognised by numerous industry awards and accolades including; Restaurant and Catering’s 2018 ‘Sydney Metropolitan Convention Centre Caterer of the Year  and Sydney Metropolitan Cater of the Year Award’; 2018 & 2017 Qantas Business Travel Awards – Best Conference Venue; and 2017 EEAA Awards for Excellence’s Best New Product – Feeding Your Performance.
